Navigate to your Network tab and Companies sub-tab.
If you have no connected companies, you will hit the SEND A CONNECTION REQUEST button.
Add the Company's Name and Email. You can even invite them to programs and add a note (shown in email). If you do not invite them to any programs, they will see General Requirements once signed up.
If you have companies already connected, you will use the PLUS button in the bottom left:
